Data Governance Manager – London - £85,000 - £95,000 pa + Bonus + benefits
Hybrid Working: 2-3 days a week in the office
JNC are working closely with a growing organisation in Central London that is looking to bring on a Data Governance Manager on a permanent basis.
This is a first hire into this type of position for the company and will give the post holder the exciting opportunity to create something new.
Only candidates with experience working in a financial or professional services will be considered for this role.

- Strong Data Governance & Master Data Management experience.
- Experience creating and defining data management and governance frameworks.
- Experience leading and supporting change as well as gathering requirements and creating business cases.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
- Strong understanding of data models and data reporting technologies. (SQL & PowerBI)
Responsibilities:
- Define and create a data management and governance strategy.
- Create relevant documentation that aligns the firm's business strategy.
- Assess Compliance requirements.
- Act as the SME for the firm for governance and data management.
- Gain a deep understanding of how data is captured and used across the firm.
- Work closely with senior partners and operational teams to identify areas for improvement.
