Vacancy – Data Inputter (Nights)

Part-time – 15 hours per week (working hours typically between 3pm - 12am)

About The Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Night Data Inputter to support customers, investigate delivery/product issues, and ensure every query is resolved quickly and professionally. You will be the first point of contact when customers need help outside of typical daytime hours.

What You Will Do

  • Placing orders that are received via email
  • Investigating problems with orders, and products
  • Reporting issues, ensuring every issue is followed through to resolution, and helping improve processes
  • Ensuring customers receive prompt, reliable, high‑quality support
  • Updating customers on status of their order and any out-of-stock products
  • Escalating trends or concerns to management where needed

What You Will Need

  • Strong customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience in logistics, depot operations, transport, or order processing is a bonus
  • A proactive, problem‑solving mindset
