Role Description

The Data Insights role is a full-time hybrid position based in London Central, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves collecting, cleaning, and managing data from multiple sources to support recruitment operations and business decision-making. The Data Insights professional will perform in-depth data analysis, build dashboards and reports, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining data models, monitoring key performance metrics, and collaborating with recruitment consultants and leadership to improve processes and outcomes. The role also requires documenting methodologies, ensuring data quality and compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement in how the organization uses data.
