This is an opportunity to shape how decisions are made across our European Supply Chain business. As our Data & Insights Analyst, you’ll transform complex demand, customer and supply chain data into clear, actionable insight that helps teams move faster and make better decisions. Sitting at the heart of Demand & Customer Supply, you’ll work with colleagues across Planning, Commercial, Finance and senior leadership to uncover opportunities, manage risk and improve performance. You’ll also play a key role in advancing how we use data, automation and AI, helping build a more predictive, insight-led way of working for the future.
This is a role with real influence. You’ll combine analytical expertise with commercial thinking, turning data into stories that drive action and create measurable impact across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Turn data from across demand, customers, promotions and supply chain operations into insights that improve forecast accuracy and business performance.
- Spot emerging risks and opportunities early, helping teams make proactive decisions that protect service, revenue, margin and stock availability.
- Create compelling dashboards, scorecards and performance packs that give stakeholders a clear and trusted view of what matters most.
- Use advanced analytics, predictive techniques and AI-enabled solutions to identify trends, model scenarios and improve decision-making quality.
- Simplify and automate reporting processes, reducing manual effort and making insight more accessible across the business.
- Partner with colleagues across Planning, Customer Supply, Commercial and Finance to align performance narratives and drive meaningful action.

What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain Analytics or a similar insight-focused role.
- Strong Power BI expertise, including dashboard development, data modelling, Power Query and DAX.
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills, with the ability to work confidently with large and complex datasets.
- The ability to turn analysis into clear recommendations and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how data impacts customer performance, profitability, service and operational outcomes.
- A naturally curious mindset with a passion for problem-solving, continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
- Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, supply chain, forecasting or planning environments would be advantageous.
- Exposure to predictive analytics, Microsoft Fabric, SAP, Python, R or AI-enabled analytical tools would be beneficial.
