Our Values

As a company, we strive and act together in our ambition to make a positive impact for the people and brands we serve, we do everything with kindness and respect at the core. ‘We Strive’, ‘Acting Together’, ‘With Kindness’ are the values that guide us.

About the role

As a Data & Insights Analyst, you'll own the data behind our reporting across search, social, content, digital PR, influencer and AI visibility. You'll pull data, analyse it and translate it into clear insights, narratives and messaging hierarchies across multiple accounts and disciplines. Much of your focus will be on luxury brands, jewellery in particular, so you'll need to get under the skin of the category quickly, though the role spans a broader client base.

Lots of people can pull data. Far fewer can read it accurately, surface the insights that matter most and communicate them sharply, while keeping complete integrity to the data and an excellent eye for detail. That's the person we're looking for.

What you’ll do

Insight & audience intelligence

  • Build Boolean queries and run social listening analysis to surface audience, category, sentiment and competitor insights.
  • Track the luxury category and competitors, spotting trends and cultural shifts and turning them into client opportunities.
  • Use YouScan to track citations and messaging across placements, calculating share of voice and sentiment alongside reach.
  • Pull data points on request to power campaigns and reactive angles (e.g. search demand for lab-grown vs natural diamonds).
  • Distill findings into clear narratives and messaging hierarchies the team can act on.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Social, influencer performance & community management

  • Analyse organic and paid performance across social, search, content and influencer, setting meaningful KPIs and benchmarks and recommending optimisations.
  • Develop frameworks that show the impact of community management beyond volume: response rates, intervention effectiveness and shifts in sentiment.
  • Measure the impact of influencer work beyond engagement, tracking sentiment and how well creators and their content surface in LLM queries.

AI visibility & search

  • Work alongside our search team to make sure AI visibility data turns into recommendations that help clients achieve their business goals.
  • Analyse social search behaviour and earned signals from a GEO perspective, recommending where to target work to maximise the chance of LLM citation.
  • Support off-site SEO reporting, showing how it ladders back to visibility in SEO and GEO environments.

Reporting & measurement

  • Own the reporting cycle, from weekly top-line stats to monthly reports, QBRs and full-year reviews, gathering, cleaning and reconciling data across channels and partner agencies so every number is accurate and on time.
  • Build and maintain a KPI framework with clear definitions, data sources and calculation methods.
  • Automate repetitive reporting and build self-serve dashboards (e.g. Looker Studio, Power BI).
  • Challenge metrics that aren't meaningful and recommend better ones.

About you

  • 6+ years' experience as a Data Analyst, Insights Manager or Data Strategist, ideally in a digital, media or marketing agency.
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, social platform analytics, Semrush and Ahrefs.
  • Hands-on social listening experience with tools such as YouScan, including building Boolean queries.
  • Experience measuring influencer impact, an understanding of tools such as CreatorIQ, Traackr, Lefty or Launchmetrics would be a bonus.
  • A solid understanding of the AI search visibility landscape and experience with tools such as Profound. You're sharp at writing and refining prompts to get to the most useful insights, or keen to build that skill fast.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with a visualisation tool such as Looker Studio or Power BI.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills with a flair for building clear, concise slides and decks.
  • Meticulous attention to detail: you instinctively notice when something doesn't add up.
  • The ability to turn complex data into simple, persuasive stories for senior, non-technical audiences.
  • A commercial mindset: you understand how marketing metrics connect to brand and business outcomes.
  • Organised, proactive and adaptable across accounts, disciplines and deadlines.
  • You live & breathe Greenpark’s core values ‘We Strive’, ‘Acting Together’, ‘With Kindness’ -championing openness, respect, innovation, and teamwork - so that every interaction, both internally and externally, reflects our commitment to our values.
