About Azets

Azets are a leading firm of Accountants and Business Advisers operating across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics, we have over a wide network of employees and an abundance of inspiring opportunities to join one of our many offices!

We are a top ten accountancy firm in the UK and are the number one largest SME practice.

The Role

This role is required to provide dedicated ownership of data quality, CRM integrity and business insight across Azets Wealth Management.

The Data & Insights Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that client, adviser and operational data held within Intelliflo is accurate, consistent and fit for purpose, while also developing dashboards, management information and reporting that give leadership clear visibility of business performance, risks and trends. As the firm continues to progress platform change, AI adoption and wider operational improvement, the reliability of our underlying data is increasingly business critical. This role will create a single point of accountability for data governance and insight, reduce reliance on ad hoc reporting across the team, support more informed decision-making, and help ensure that regulatory, client service and commercial activity are underpinned by trusted information.

Day To Day

  • Act as the day-to-day owner of data quality within the CRM (Intelliflo), ensuring client, product and activity data is accurate, complete and kept up to date
  • Define and maintain data entry standards, workflows and housekeeping routines across the CRM, working with advisers and support staff to embed good data habits
  • Build, maintain and improve dashboards and reports (e.g. Power BI, Excel, or native Intelliflo reporting) that give leadership visibility of key business, client and adviser metrics
  • Identify and analyse trends in client, revenue, pipeline and operational data, translating findings into clear, actionable insight for senior stakeholders
  • Support regular MI and board reporting cycles, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely and presented in an accessible format
  • Work with the wider change and technology team on data migration, system integration and platform improvement activity affecting the CRM
  • Carry out regular data audits and cleansing exercises, and put in place checks to prevent data quality issues recurring
  • Support compliance and regulatory reporting requirements by ensuring underlying data is fit for purpose
  • Act as a point of contact for CRM/data queries from across the business, providing training and guidance to improve self-service reporting where appropriate

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
