Data Insights Analyst

Contract - 6 months
Theale/Home – 3 days a week in the office, 2 from home

We’re looking for a Data Insights Analyst to turn data into meaningful commercial and operational insight.

You’ll be responsible for gathering and analysing data from multiple sources to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, optimise resources, and drive commercial performance.

This is a role for someone who can go beyond reporting — using data to understand what is happening, why it is happening, what it means financially, and what the business should do next.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, integrate, and validate data from multiple systems and sources to create reliable datasets.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, inefficiencies, waste, and opportunities for cost reduction and margin improvement.
  • Quantify the financial and operational impact of identified opportunities.
  • Identify resource inefficiencies and recommend practical actions to improve performance.
  • Develop clear, insight-led reports, dashboards, and visualisations to support business decision-making.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support the implementation of process and system improvements driven by data insights.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
