About the Role

Harris Hill is delighted to be working on behalf of a well-established Jewish charity that provides life-changing services and support to individuals, families, and communities. They are seeking a Data & Insights Executive to join their fundraising team in a pivotal role, ensuring the smooth management of donor data, income processing, and supporter administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized individual who enjoys working with data and systems while contributing to a cause that makes a genuine difference.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Data & Insights, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate donor records within the CRM
  • Processing fundraising income from a variety of sources
  • Ensuring donations, pledges, and supporter interactions are recorded correctly
  • Producing reports and data extracts to support fundraising activity
  • Monitoring pledge tracking
  • Assisting with financial reconciliations
  • Helping deliver an excellent supporter experience through timely acknowledgements and efficient donor administration
  • Working closely with fundraising, finance, and marketing colleagues to improve systems and processes, maintain data quality, and ensure compliance with GDPR and fundraising best practice

Requirements

To be successful, you will have:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience working with CRM databases or administrative systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence in handling income processing data, financial, or transactional data
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to produce reliable reports to support informed decision-making
  • Strong organizational, numerical, and communication skills
  • A collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering outstanding supporter care
  • Experience within the charity sector and fundraising operations
