Drive Customer Experience Transformation

Our client is a well-respected international brand known for delivering exceptional customer experiences. They are seeking a Data & Insight Manager to lead a critical Customer Experience (CX) programme during an exciting period of change.

This is far more than a traditional data role. While you'll use insight to influence decisions, your primary focus will be leading the implementation of a new customer experience platform, managing supplier relationships, and driving business-wide engagement with the programme.

Customer experience sits at the heart of the business, directly influencing customer retention, service revenue, and long-term success.

The Role

Working closely with senior leaders, operational teams, and external partners, you will:

  • Lead the organisation's Customer Experience programme.
  • Manage the implementation and embedding of a new CX platform.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and drive project delivery across the business.
  • Manage third-party suppliers, ensuring delivery against expectations.
  • Translate customer feedback and data into practical business recommendations.
  • Provide tools, insights, and reporting that support operational performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue.
  • Support and develop one direct report.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in candidates from any customer-focused sector who can bring fresh thinking and best practice.

You'll have:

  • Proven project management and change delivery experience.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Experience managing external suppliers and partners.
  • Confidence working with data, reporting, and business insight.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of customer experience drivers.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
