About WOLF
WOLF is an innovative, fast-growing digital media and consumer platform powering vibrant online audio entertainment communities. Our app brings people together globally through live, interactive audio shows, talent discovery, and digital socializing. Celebrating creativity, diversity, and belonging, we provide a dynamic, flexible environment where every team member can bring their authentic self to work.
As we scale our app, optimize channel usage, and drive monetization, data is at the heart of our next chapter. We are looking for a commercially sharp data leader to shape how we track, understand, and act on our numbers.
The Role
Are you a commercially minded data expert who looks beyond the raw metrics to find the story underneath?
We are seeking a Data Lead / Senior Data Analyst to spearhead data-informed decision-making across WOLF. We don’t just need someone to pull reports; we need a strategic partner who can transform raw data into actionable business recommendations. Working closely with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Executive teams, you will clean up and mature our reporting processes, eliminate single-point dependencies, and provide the deep comparative insights (MoM/YoY) needed to supercharge user engagement, app monetization, and operational efficiency.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Key Responsibilities
- Insight & Strategy: Go beyond raw metrics (registrations, DAU, retention, spend). Deliver deep-dive monthly and comparative trend analyses that connect user behavior to clear monetization and channel strategies.
- Stakeholder Partnership & Communication: Act as the bridge between complex data and business execution. Translate quantitative findings into simple, actionable recommendations for non-technical leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Process Cleanup & Oversight: Audit, refine, and clean up our current reporting frameworks to ensure total data reliability and accuracy. Establish robust process controls to mitigate operational risk.
- Data Function Evolution: Take ownership of our data environment. As the business grows, you will establish data oversight standards and potentially manage and scale a broader data team.
- Reporting Architecture: Build, scale, and maintain dashboards across departments. Help evaluate and transition our data tools as our platform needs evolve.
What You Will Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a data-driven or business intelligence role, backed by strong commercial awareness and a relevant degree (Data, Maths, Stats, etc.).
- Industry Background: Highly preferred experience working with mobile apps, digital tech, or gaming platforms. You understand app-based user behavior and digital monetization levers. (Note: We are looking for tech/app-aligned thinkers rather than traditional corporate or financial services backgrounds).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- BI & Dashboards: Proven experience building dashboard and reporting solutions using Power BI (highly valued) or similar tools (MixPanel, Tableau, Looker). Tool adaptability is key, as we look to optimize our tech stack moving forward.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence business decisions. You are proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and possess the leadership mindset needed to establish data governance.
- Language & Travel: Strong business English is mandatory. Spoken Arabic is highly advantageous. Occasional international travel to our global offices may be required.
