DATA LEAD, CUSTOMER DOMAIN

Luton | Full-time | Hybrid

20% bonus • 7% pension • Staff travel benefits

We support hybrid working, and you'll spend 60% of your time each month in the office.

You’re a senior data leader who knows how to turn business strategy into measurable outcomes.

You can build credibility with senior stakeholders, influence without authority and bring together diverse teams to solve complex challenges. If you enjoy shaping data strategy, driving value and helping a business become more data-driven, this role offers a unique opportunity to help define the future of data at easyJet.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As Data Lead, Customer Domain, you'll be the senior data partner embedded within our Customer business area. You'll own the customer data agenda, working directly with business leaders to shape priorities, influence investment decisions and ensure data delivers meaningful outcomes.

Rather than managing a dedicated team, you'll coordinate expertise from across Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Architecture and Governance to deliver business value. You'll play a key role in our evolving domain-led Data and Analytics operating model, helping ensure customer data is transformed into better decisions, improved experiences and measurable business results.

"The best person for this role combines strategic thinking with practical delivery. You'll be trusted by senior leaders, able to bring people together around a common goal and passionate about using data to create value for both customers and the business."

THE TEAM & CULTURE

You'll be part of easyJet's growing Data and Analytics function as we continue to build a modern domain operating model. A small group of Data Leads sit at the heart of key business domains, acting as the connection between business priorities and central data capabilities.

Working closely with leaders across Customer, Commercial, Operations and Corporate functions, you'll help shape how data is used across the organisation. It's a collaborative environment where influence, partnership and outcomes matter more than hierarchy, and where you'll have the opportunity to leave a lasting mark on the future of data at easyJet.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
