Job Description

Data Lead

Initial 12-month FTC

Ashby-de-la-Zouch (Home of Hula Hoops, popchips, Nik Naks, and more…)

With regular travel to Slough & Intersnack European sites.

We operate a dynamic working model built on trust, choice, and balance. Colleagues typically connect in person 3 days per week, as we know the best ideas and relationships grow when we collaborate side by side.

We also offer Dynamic Friday Hours, giving colleagues the opportunity to flex their time and finish early on a Friday, where the role allows.

Join our snack-loving team

We’re looking for a Data Lead to join us at KP Snacks. If you’re ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills, and be part of a team that values what makes you, you – this could be your next big move.

Who are we?

We’re KP Snacks, part of the Intersnack family. Across more than 30 countries, over 15,000 of us work together to make the snacks people love – from Hula Hoops to McCoy’s. In the UK, we’re a team of around 2,400 colleagues, based across seven sites and our Slough HQ. We’re proud of our close-knit culture, where we speak up, celebrate differences, and push boundaries together.

About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Data Lead to join our ERP transformation programme on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This role would suit a seasoned transformation professional with a strong track record of leading complex ERP data programmes within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.

Working closely with the Finance Data Lead and wider Project team, you'll be responsible for the strategy, governance, quality, and migration of non-financial data across KP Snacks. Covering areas such as Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, and Customer data, you'll play a critical role in ensuring data is accurate, governed effectively, and ready for a successful transition into our new ERP platform.

You'll combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder management and leadership skills to drive high-quality outcomes across multiple workstreams, helping to shape the future of how data supports our business.

What’s in it for you?

We believe in rewarding our colleagues and helping them thrive. Here’s a flavour of what we offer:

  • Competitive annual salary, annual salary review, and annual bonus opportunity (target 7.5%), plus a £6,000 car allowance.
  • KP Pension Plan with up to 7% matched contributions
  • 25 days holiday, with the option to buy up to five additional days, plus additional holiday after five years’ service
  • Comprehensive healthcare including Single Cover Private Healthcare, Health Cash Plan, Digital GP, and Employee Assistance Programme
  • Electric Vehicle Car Scheme, supporting more sustainable and cost-effective travel
  • KP4ME benefits platform with discounts, cashback, and wellbeing support
  • Enhanced family-friendly policies to support colleagues at every stage of life

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
