Data Lead Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Data Lead to take ownership of the data workstream within a business transformation programme.
This is a hands on SME requirement, you will be taking the data workstream forward day-to-day, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, getting into the detail and rolling up their sleeves to deliver, not just defining the strategy and handing it over to someone else.
If you can meet the specification below and can demonstrate experience within ERP, manufacturing, hire or service based environments, as well as being within reasonable commuting distance of Greater Manchester for 2–3 days onsite each week, this could be your next challenge.
What will you be doing?

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
