We are looking for a commercially minded Data Lead / Senior Data Analyst to help drive data-informed decision-making across the business. This role will work closely with Product, Finance, User, and Executive teams to monitor performance, identify opportunities and risks, and provide actionable insights that improve business outcomes, user engagement, and operational efficiency.
What you will have and what you will bring:
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills using SQL and Python
- Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as MixPanel, Tableau, Power BI, Looker or Sisense
- Ability to analyse complex business problems and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance and Leadership teams
- Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, performance tracking and business analytics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in digital products, apps, media or consumer platforms is highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and measure operational, product and commercial performance
- Identify trends, risks and growth opportunities through proactive data analysis
- Deliver actionable recommendations to improve user engagement, operational efficiency and business performance
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover root causes behind performance changes
- Support leadership with strategic insights and data-driven decision-making
- Build scalable reporting frameworks and performance monitoring systems across departments
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
- To support the business on evolving Data Projects

We are looking for candidates with, ideally, a numerate degree (Data, Maths, Statistics).
A minimum 5+ years experience in a data related role or business intelligence role is essential.
This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role. The successful candidate should be able to commute to our London office for a minimum of two days per week.
Strong business English, both conversational and written, is mandatory. Spoken Arabic would be advantageous.
From time to time, there may be some travel to the Jordan office.
