Salary: £26,753 with the potential to rise to £29,726 over 3 years

NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a Data Maintenance Associate to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first.
We are seeking an experienced Data Maintenance Associate who will be responsible for updating various data fields in NHS Supply Chain systems including but not limited to contract, supplier, and product data. The team supports the business’s contract launch and customer opportunities pipelines, and the Data Maintenance Team Lead coordinates activities to ensure that timelines are met, and any challenges escalated.
Every day you will…
- Accurately enter, maintain, and verify data within company systems to ensure information is accessible, reliable, and auditable.
- Manage records and activity logs in line with established processes and compliance requirements.
- Handle customer queries, issues, and complaints effectively, escalating urgent requests when necessary.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing current processes and contributing ideas to enhance operational efficiency.
- Compile information from data management systems by collecting, analysing, and presenting data from multiple sources.

- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Strong communication and engagement skills.
