We are hiring for Data Management Specialist (Insurance - Policy / underwriting / claim)
Location: London - Hybrid / 2 days Per week in Office
Experience:
- Experience in enterprise data management, data governance, or data strategy within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end insurance value chain, including policy, underwriting, claims, customer, product, and distribution domains.
- Demonstrated experience designing enterprise data management frameworks and operating models.
- Expertise in data governance, metadata management, data cataloguing, data quality, and master data management.
- Experience defining business/data ownership models, stewardship frameworks, and governance structures.
- Familiarity with insurance core platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar ecosystems is desirable.
