Data, Analytics, AI & Power BI Manager | Belfast | Hybrid

We’re working with an established organisation that is looking for a hands-on Data, Analytics, AI & Power BI Manager to join its growing Data & Analytics function. This is a player-manager role, combining team leadership with hands-on Power BI, analytics, AI and dashboard development.

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing the Power BI environment
  • Building Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models
  • Working with SQL, Power Query and DAX
  • Developing HTML/CSS/JavaScript dashboards
  • Exploring practical uses of AI, Copilot, agents and automation
  • Managing and prioritising BI, analytics and AI delivery
  • Working with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Coaching and developing analysts, developers and data professionals

Requirements

They’re looking for:

  • Strong, hands-on Power BI experience
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience managing or coordinating BI/data teams
  • Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric or the wider Microsoft data ecosystem
  • Experience developing HTML-based dashboards or web applications
  • Practical experience using AI and automation in a business environment
