🚀 We’re Hiring: Data Manager - Governance
We are looking for a Data Governance Specialist to drive end-to-end data quality, build automated governance processes, and foster a data-driven culture across our engineering and business teams.
What You’ll Do
- Data Quality & Automation: Build and automate data quality checks, conduct root-cause analysis, and resolve issues proactively.
- Governance & Lineage: Maintain data dictionaries, business glossaries, and data lineage while driving MDM and data modeling standards.
- Collaboration & Literacy: Partner with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Analysts to improve data trust and elevate company-wide data literacy.
- Compliance: Ensure data flows align with regulatory, security, and audit requirements.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience writing SQL and Python for data profiling and analysis.
- Proficiency with visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Solid grasp of Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, ETL, and data modeling concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an Agile environment.
- Bonus: Experience with AI-driven governance tools, platforms like Collibra, or a background in Data Engineering.
