Data Manager - Finance
The hourly rate is £70 Inside IR35 Umbrella, (£525 Inside IR35) 6 months contract – 37.5 hours per week – 2 days per week in the Manchester office for meetings

What You’ll Bring:
- Basic knowledge of data modelling methods (Relational, Dimensional)
- Intermediate expertise in data quality requirements and methodologies
- Strong understanding of Data Management best practices, including DAMA-DMBOK standards
- Proficiency in database querying languages and scripting tools such as SQL, VBA, Pandas, or R
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting or developing physical data models
- Skills in data flow mapping and data ingestion solutions
- Familiarity with real-time data streaming and batch processing
- Experience with data validation, monitoring solutions, and data governance processes

Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 1-3 years of practical experience in data management or related roles
- Hands-on experience supporting data architecture, quality, and governance initiatives
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to adapt to evolving business priorities and technology landscapes
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy, security, and compliance
- Willingness to collaborate across diverse teams and support continuous improvement initiatives
