Be a trusted Data Conversion Analyst in our global ERP implementation team. Are you ready to lead complex data conversion activities that underpin successful ERP deployments? Join our IT Services organization, where disciplined execution, strong data governance, and cross-functional collaboration enable reliable OneERP implementations across the enterprise. In this role, you will be recognized as a hands-on Data Conversion Analyst within the Programme / Deployment tower, accountable for defining and delivering data conversion strategy, execution, and reconciliation for OneERP implementations. You will work closely with Finance Systems COE, business stakeholders, functional and technical teams to ensure accurate, complete, and auditable data transition into OneERP.
Your Role
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own data conversion activities for OneERP programme deployments, acquisitions onboarding, and legacy ERP transitions.
- Define and maintain the data conversion strategy and approach, including scope, sequencing, cut-over principles, and reconciliation standards.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues as early as possible.
- Work with Finance Systems COE and business teams to identify data requirements, cleansing needs, and data readiness prerequisites.
- Translate business and functional requirements into conversion mappings, transformation rules, and validation criteria across Financials and Projects (PPM) data domains.
- Provide hands-on functional and technical leadership across conversion activities, working closely with ETL, technical, and reporting resources.
- Coordinate and oversee the build and execution of conversion scripts, loads, and validation processes, ensuring repeatability and control.
- Lead data reconciliation and sign-off activities, ensuring converted data is complete, accurate, and aligned with agreed business expectations.
- Support and coordinate conversions, SIT, UAT, and cut-over rehearsals, resolving data issues and refining conversion processes.
- Ensure conversion activities comply with programme governance, audit, and control requirements, with clear documentation and traceability.
- Collaborate closely with EBS Functional Configuration Analyst, Integrations Analyst, and Programme / Deployment Lead to ensure end-to-end readiness.
- Support knowledge transfer and transition to BAU, ensuring conversion logic, assumptions, and reconciliation outcomes are clearly documented.
- Provide clear status reporting, risks, and dependencies related to data conversion to programme leadership and stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
