Dynamics Data Migration Consultant

We're looking for an experienced Dynamics Data Migration Consultant to join a major digital transformation programme.
This is a hands-on contract where you'll own two complex migrations across Dynamics 365, Dataverse and SharePoint. The target data models have been redesigned, so this is far more than moving data from A to B. You'll analyse existing data, define mapping and transformation rules, oversee the migration strategy and ensure everything lands accurately in the new platform.
What you'll be doing
- Leading end-to-end Dynamics 365 and Dataverse data migrations
- Migrating data from SharePoint into Dynamics 365
- Running data discovery and mapping workshops with stakeholders
- Defining transformation rules where schemas have changed
- Validating migrated data and managing reconciliation activities
- Planning and executing migration cutover
- Working closely with product, architecture and development teams

What we're looking for
- Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 / Dataverse migration projects
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, relationships, lookups and data modelling
- Experience with migration tooling including KingswaySoft, XrmToolBox, Azure Data Factory, Dataflows or similar
- SharePoint Online migration experience
- Strong business analysis and data mapping skills
- Good understanding of Power Platform environments, ALM and security models
