Data Migration Lead - Finance Systems Migration
1-2 days a month onsite = remote / hybrid
£300-£500 per day depending on experience
I'm working with an organisation undergoing a significant systems transformation, and I'm looking for an experienced Data Migration Lead to take ownership of data migration across its property and finance platforms.
I'm looking for someone technically strong who can get hands-on with complex datasets and successfully take migrations through cleansing, transformation, reconciliation and cutover.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading data migration across legacy and new property/finance systems
- Extracting, cleansing, mapping and transforming large datasets
- Using SQL and Python - both are essential
- Building repeatable migration and validation processes
- Reconciling migrated data and producing clear evidence of completeness and accuracy
- Managing data quality issues, exceptions and migration cycles
- Working closely with Property, Finance and technical stakeholders

You'll need proven experience delivering end-to-end data migrations, ideally involving a Finance or Property Management system. Experience with platforms such as Yardi, MRI, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sage, NetSuite, Re-Leased or similar would be highly relevant.
