Role Title: Data Migration Lead

Location: Reading

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration initiatives for large-scale transformation and ERP implementation programs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in defining migration strategies, leading migration execution, managing cutover and deployment activities, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality data migration outcomes.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, onsite leadership, and the ability to coordinate effectively with offshore teams, business users, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Candidate with at least 15+ years of experience in leading/working in complex Data Migration Projects.
  • Expertise in proposing Data Migration Strategy, Overlooking Migration Activities and ensuring in delivering quality Migrations.
  • Good knowledge of Oracle EBS.
  • Expert in Creating and managing the deployment plan and work with the cutover and release management teams for on-time and quality deliverables.
  • Good Client Management and Vendor Management skills.
  • Should possess good communication skills.
  • Experience in Leading a team and managing Onsite-Offshore coordination.
