Oracle Fusion Data Migration & Cutover Specialist
Initial 9-Month Contract (OUTSIDE IR35) | Remote
We're seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Data Migration & Cutover Specialist to drive the migration of finance data from multiple legacy systems into Oracle Fusion. This is a remote contract, but candidates must be based in the UK with the right to work Outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end finance data migration and cutover workstream.
- Lead migration planning, governance, mock loads, reconciliation, readiness, and final cutover.
- Coordinate business users, technical teams, and implementation partners.
- Drive data quality, issue resolution, stakeholder engagement, and sign-off activities.

Requirements
- Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion Finance data migrations (2-3 projects).
- Strong cutover planning and execution experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and programme leadership skills.
- Oracle Fusion experience is essential.
