About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Data Migration professional to support an international banking project, managing end-to-end data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and migration from legacy to target systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end data migration activities.
- Data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation.
- ETL processes and migration between legacy and target systems.
- Data quality checks and data reconciliation.
- Support migration testing, cutover, and go-live.
- Resolve migration issues and work with technical and business teams.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Data Migration projects, ideally within banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of data mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Experience working with ETL processes and legacy-to-target system migrations.
- Good understanding of data quality and data governance.
- Experience supporting migration testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English and ability to work in an international environment.
