Shape the data that powers global financial markets.
My client, a leading global financial markets and technology organisation, is seeking an experienced Data Modeller to join a high-profile enterprise data programme. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in defining and shaping the data foundations that support some of the world's most important financial institutions, investment firms, and market participants.
You'll work at the heart of a large-scale transformation programme, partnering with Data Architects, Business SMEs, Product Teams, and Technology leaders to design and evolve enterprise-wide data models that drive analytics, regulatory reporting, risk management, and commercial products across global markets.
This is far more than a traditional data modelling role. You'll be helping to create a connected data ecosystem that enables clients to combine market data, reference data, and alternative datasets to unlock richer insights, improve decision-making, and gain competitive advantage.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
