About Somerce
Somerce is a full-service TikTok Shop agency working with 100+ global brands across shop operations, live, content, affiliates and ads, with over £5m GMV under management. We hold the world record for the biggest single TikTok Shop live, $2.7m with P.Louise. We are now building agentic AI into how the whole agency runs.
Why This Role Exists
Our tech build is moving fast. We are rolling out AI systems that will automate large amounts of the day-to-day grind, so our people can spend their time on the work that needs a human: clients, creative and strategy.
Those systems only run on clean data. Right now ours sits across live, shop, affiliate and ads in different places, owned by different teams, in different states. This role fixes that and keeps it fixed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What You'll Do
- Rebuild and own the Somerce Google Drive: one orderly tree covering finance, clients (internal and external), operations and platform exports, with clean, well-labelled sections.
- Check and maintain permissions constantly so the right people have access to the right things.
- Bring live, shop, affiliate and ads data together as one unified input, not separate versions owned by different teams.
- Clean up daily. Creative teams move fast and leave mess behind; you clear it every day so the base stays solid.
- Run exports and data pulls from TikTok Shop and our other platforms.
- Get clean datasets ready to feed our AI and agentic workflows as they roll out.
