Data Operations Manager

London (Hybrid | 2 Days Per Week)
Up to £65,000 + Benefits

We're partnering with an innovative insights and research business looking for a Data Operations Manager to lead technical data processing, automation, and AI-driven initiatives across the organisation.

This is a highly visible role where you'll act as the go-to expert for data operations, helping research teams solve complex technical challenges, automate manual processes, and build scalable solutions that improve efficiency across the business.

The Role

You'll work closely with research, technology, and operational teams to:

  • Lead data processing and technical delivery across research projects
  • Automate workflows using Python, scripting, and AI tools
  • Improve and optimise SPSS-based processes
  • Build scalable solutions for recurring data and reporting challenges
  • Support the development of AI-enabled products and services
  • Manage large, complex datasets and ensure efficient data operations
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience with SPSS
  • Experience using Python and scripting to automate processes
  • Proven experience applying AI tools to solve business problems
  • Strong background in data processing and workflow optimisation
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of technical initiatives
