Data Operations Manager
Salary: Up to £50,000
Location: London-based hybrid role
I'm working with an award-winning, leading insights and research business that is investing heavily in automation, technology, and operational excellence.
They're looking for a Data Operations Manager to join their team and take ownership of the operational delivery of large-scale, multi-market research programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with project delivery, process improvement, and stakeholder management.
You'll be involved in:
- Survey scripting, data processing, reporting, and workflow automation
- Managing complex research projects and mitigating delivery risks
- Building and improving automation workflows and operational processes
- Working closely with research, operations, and technology teams
- Driving efficiencies and helping shape the future of research operations

We're looking for:
- Experience within market research, research operations, or data processing
- Strong survey scripting skills (Qualtrics, Decipher, Forsta, Dimensions or similar)
- Experience with quantitative data workflows, dashboards, and reporting
- A proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Automation and process improvement experience
- Exposure to Python, SQL, JavaScript, APIs, or workflow automation tools would be a strong advantage.
