Data Operations Manager
London (Hybrid, 2 days per week) | Up to £55,000

The Role
- Lead data processing and operational delivery across research projects
- Build automation solutions using Python, SPSS, and AI tools
- Improve data workflows, reporting processes, and operational efficiency
- Support researchers with technical challenges and large datasets
- Develop scalable tools and repeatable solutions for ongoing projects
- Work closely with research, data, and technology teams to drive innovation
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong SPSS and quantitative data processing experience
- Python or scripting experience for automation
- Experience using AI tools to solve business problems
- Ability to manage and analyse large datasets
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience improving workflows through automation
