Description
The Data Operations Support Analyst will support and expand the utilisation of CoStar’s data feeds program, working closely with existing and new accounts to demonstrate the benefits of automated data feed processes while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the benefits of data feeds for customers.
- Conduct outreach to clients underutilising data feeds.
- Increase data feeds usage and customer knowledge/experience.
- Gain expertise in commercial real estate competition to engage in value-added discussions.
- Recommend additional features or services to maximise customer value.
- Schedule meetings to:
- Review feed quality,
- Onboard new properties, and
- Verify data accuracy.
- Document interactions with customers with detailed tracking.
- Provide proactive troubleshooting for data feeds, ensuring positive experiences before escalation.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain positive customer relationships with primary account contacts.
- Analyse, investigate, and resolve technical issues reported by clients.
- Coordinate direct data feed set-ups with customers.
- Manage technical partnerships with software providers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Research, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Present solutions to internal/external stakeholders for problem resolution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of loyalty and commitment to past employers.
- Strong skills in customer service, including telephone rapport-building and objection handling.
- Ability to build and maintain beneficial customer relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised, capable of prioritisation, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
- Analytical mindset, with attention to detail and trend interpretation.
- Quick learner with ability to navigate fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a high-growth company.
- Preferred: Demonstrated knowledge of commercial real estate (e.g., property owner/agent marketing objectives).
- Bonus: Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish.
