The Senior Operations Specialist
The Senior Operations Specialist will drive success by ensuring all SLAs are met or exceeded, to set best practice standards within the team to ensure that the team successfully meet client expectations and support TDX Group’s overall business strategy.
This role will report into the Team Manager whilst working closely with an operational team of 7 team members. The role will involve working with DCAs to ensure that the team's processes run effectively, completing first line escalations, and acting as first stage sign off for the remittance process. The role will also involve deputising for the team leader in their absence and completing quality assurance activity.
This role plays an important part in the success of the business and involves communicating both internally with other areas of the business as well as externally with clients, DCAs and suppliers.
This position is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.
What You'll Do
Process
- Ensure all client SLAs are met or exceeded
- Daily reporting of SLAs work flow
- Accurate completion of the Client Remittance Process
- Team quality assurance and feedback to Team Manager
- First point of contact for client/DCA escalations
- Support with on-going training and coaching ensuring high levels of morale and motivation

Delivery against Business Objectives
- Service Level Agreement management and exception management and escalation
- Regular benchmarking sessions to ensure consistency
Process Improvement
- Ownership of documentation including reviews or updates of key operational policies, processes and flows and procedures
- Identify process improvements and follow through to completion
Relationship Management
- Support with client relationships, for example client calls or reporting packs
- Ensure that communication with clients, DCAs and internal stakeholders is effective and timely
What Experience You Need
- Experience working in an administrative role
- History of working against SLAs and KPIs
- A University Degree at 2:1 or above desirable but not essential
What Could Set You Apart
- Strong decision-making skills and excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong numerical and literacy skills
- Good attention to detail with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise varying workloads on your own initiative
- Comfortable suggesting and delivering process improvements
- Flexible and self-motivated, ability to work independently
- Working knowledge of Excel
