Job Opportunity at JPMorganChase

You help JPMorganChase grow its business in a responsible way by anticipating new and emerging risks and using your expert judgement to solve real-world challenges that impact our company, customers, and communities. Our culture in Risk Management and Compliance is all about thinking outside the box, challenging the status quo, and striving to be best-in-class.

Role Overview

As a Data Owner Associate in the Office of Regulation and Document Governance, you will help us expand our artificial intelligence portfolio by driving delivery execution, testing and validation, control coordination, and ongoing performance monitoring. You will work closely with business, product, data science, and technology partners to turn ideas into well-documented, well-governed solutions that improve how we work and manage risk. You will thrive in a curious, collaborative team culture where we move quickly, learn continuously, and focus on measurable impact.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive execution across multiple artificial intelligence initiatives by coordinating plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder updates.
  • Define and document problem statements, requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics in partnership with business leads.
  • Collaborate with data science, ORDG product, and technology teams throughout discovery, prototyping, validation, launch, and iteration.
  • Establish structured feedback loops that route learnings and decisions back to model and product partners.
  • Monitor performance and adoption by maintaining dashboards and preparing regular updates and readouts.
  • Own an optimization backlog, logging ideas and issues, supporting prioritization, and tracking delivery through release.
  • Manage control and governance requirements, tracking evidence, scheduling reviews, and reporting status.
  • Stay current on advances in artificial intelligence, evaluation approaches, and safety guardrails to contribute ideas to the roadmap.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
