Data, Performance & Evaluation Lead – £610 per day (Inside of IR35) – Westminster (Hybrid) - SC Cleared
We’re looking for an experienced Data, Performance & Evaluation Lead to support a Contact Management programme.
Rate: £610 per day (Inside of IR35)
Duration: 5-month contract
Location: Westminster, 1–2 days per week onsite
The role combines data strategy and governance with hands-on Power BI delivery.
You’ll establish the foundations for measuring programme performance, evaluating outcomes and tracking benefits, helping the team make informed decisions about future delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Build the Contact Management baseline to provide a clear starting point for measuring performance and improvement
- Establish data quality standards to support consistent, reliable reporting
- Define KPIs and the methodology for measuring progress and evaluating outcomes
- Develop Power BI dashboards that give stakeholders clear visibility of programme performance
- Build a benefits framework to identify, measure and track programme benefits
- Work closely with the Project Manager to turn evaluation evidence into recommendations to scale, adapt, pause or stop activity

Required Experience
- Strong experience in data strategy and governance
- Proven hands-on experience delivering Power BI dashboards
- Experience building KPI and benefits frameworks for large programmes
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders
