Data Pipeline Manager - Remote Working (UK) - Qlik / ADF - Up to £55,000

Are you working with ETL tools and data pipelines but looking for a role where you can have more influence, take ownership and help shape how data integration is done across a business?

I'm working with an established organisation that is investing heavily in its data function and rolling out Qlik Talend across the business. They need someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and working with stakeholders to drive projects forward.

You'll have the opportunity to help build the foundations, introduce best practices, and play a key role in a major data transformation project. You'll also be leading and supporting a small team, although previous management experience isn't essential if you've mentored, coached or guided colleagues in the past.

The business offers a refreshingly flexible culture, trusts its employees to manage their time and has built a reputation for looking after its people.

You Will Work With

  • Leading and supporting a small team responsible for data pipeline development
  • Driving the implementation and adoption of Qlik Talend
  • Building, improving, and maintaining scalable ETL pipelines
  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities
  • Acting as the go-to person for pipeline and integration-related queries
  • Creating reusable frameworks and validation processes
  • Ensuring data quality standards are maintained across all pipelines
  • Integrating data from multiple sources, databases, and APIs
  • Automating processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams to deliver data solutions
  • Supporting the wider data strategy and helping shape best practice

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
