Job Description
You will own ethix digital's end-to-end data pipeline, managing data extraction via Adverity, transformation in BigQuery, and visualization in Data Studio. Beyond reporting, you will manage "Ethix OS," the agency’s internal system of AI-powered workflows and tools, ensuring high-integrity performance marketing for purpose-led clients. This role offers direct ownership and collaboration with the founders.

What You Will Do
- Manage the end-to-end pipeline using Adverity and BigQuery to deliver high-quality, actionable dashboards for clients in Data Studio.
- Architect and maintain "Ethix OS," building custom AI skills and automated workflows to optimize internal agency operations and productivity.
- Serve as the technical lead for data integrity, diagnosing complex pipeline issues and translating technical details for non-technical colleagues and clients.
The ideal candidate
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools such as Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI in a marketing operations role.
- Proven experience with ETL/data integration tools like Adverity, Supermetrics, or Fivetran to manage large datasets from diverse ad platforms.
- A methodical, self-directed problem-solver comfortable owning technical systems independently and exploring AI-driven tools like Claude or ChatGPT for workflow automation.
