Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

In this role, you will

  • Lead data privacy engagements end to end, from scoping through delivery
  • Run the data protection function on behalf of clients, including DPO support delivered as a service
  • Advise senior stakeholders on GDPR, cross border transfers, and the harder regulatory judgement calls
  • Oversee OneTrust configuration and use within the privacy programmes you lead

In practice, that means owning the running of a privacy function for the clients who look to us to hold that responsibility on their behalf. You will advise at board level, triage what matters from what does not, handle the regulator facing conversations when they arise, and bring the technology, the people, and the regulation together into a programme that actually works.

You will contribute to how we work. Our privacy practice is growing, and the people who join at this level will help shape how we deliver DPO support, how we scale across clients, and how we take the service to the market.

Must haves

  • Hands on experience configuring or implementing OneTrust
  • Experience with some of these modules: Privacy Management, Consent and Preference, Third Party Risk, AI Governance or Data Discovery
  • Deep expertise in Data Protection, AI Governance and/or Governance, Risk and Compliance
  • A right to work in the UK
