At Martin Brower UK & Ireland, we are a global leader in supply chain and logistics, dedicated to innovation and sustainability. As the backbone for some of the world's most recognised restaurant brands, such as McDonald's, we excel in simplifying supply chains and enhancing food logistics efficiency.

At Martin Brower, we believe that collaboration, empathy, and innovation help create workplaces where everyone can succeed. We're looking for a Data Privacy & Protection Administrator (DSARs) to join our Data Privacy & Protection team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role provides an opportunity to support important privacy processes, helping ensure personal data is handled responsibly while contributing to a culture of trust, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Position Summary:

As a Data Privacy & Protection Administrator, your primary focus will be supporting the management and coordination of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) across the UK business. You'll work closely with colleagues across multiple functions to help ensure requests are handled accurately, securely, and within regulatory deadlines. Alongside DSAR activities, you'll provide broader support to the Data Privacy & Protection team, contributing to privacy compliance processes and helping to maintain a strong privacy-first culture.

Why This Role?

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
