We are working with a top-tier international law firm based in Dublin for Associate to join their Data Privacy team. €80,000 - €94,000.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Data Privacy team, advising major domestic and international organisations, global technology companies and high-growth businesses across a broad range of sectors. The team advises on complex privacy, cybersecurity, digital regulation and AI governance matters, supporting clients with both day-to-day compliance and high-profile regulatory and commercial issues.

The role involves advising on GDPR, data subject rights, international data transfers, data processing and sharing arrangements, and cybersecurity incidents and data breaches. The successful candidate will also support M&A and other corporate transactions from a privacy and cybersecurity perspective, advise on regulatory investigations and emerging frameworks.
Essential Criteria
- 3-5 years’ PQE;
- Commercial or technology law background;
- Strong drafting abilities;
- Excellent academics;
- Commercial awareness;
- Strong communication skills;
- Team player.
