Are you an experienced transformation leader who thrives on improving processes, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving change in complex, professional environments?
We're partnering with a globally recognised professional services organisation with a reputation for excellence, innovation, and outstanding client service. As part of a major focus on operational efficiency and data excellence, they're looking to appoint a Client Data & Process Improvement Senior Manager to lead the evolution of their client onboarding, client data, and governance capabilities.
This is a highly visible senior leadership position, offering the opportunity to shape strategy, influence key business decisions, and lead initiatives that directly impact how the organisation engages with its clients worldwide.
The Opportunity:
You'll take ownership of the client data lifecycle, driving improvements from onboarding and data capture through to governance, reporting, and ongoing maintenance. Working closely with senior leaders across Finance, Commercial, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Operations, you'll act as the driving force behind process optimisation, automation, and continuous improvement.

This role isn't about simply maintaining existing processes. It's about challenging them, enhancing them, and creating a best-in-class approach to client data management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic client data and process improvement initiatives.
- Drive automation and operational efficiencies across onboarding and client data processes.
- Develop and embed data governance frameworks and quality standards.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data professionals.
- Define KPIs, measure performance, and report to senior leadership.
- Act as the subject matter expert for client data management and best practice.
Requirements:
- Experience within client data, onboarding, data governance, master data, or process improvement environments.
- A proven track record of delivering transformation and change programmes.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience operating at Senior Manager, Head of, or similar leadership level.
- Strong commercial awareness and a strategic mindset.
- Previous experience within professional services, legal, consulting, financial services, accounting, or similarly complex organisations would be highly advantageous.
