As part of our Conveyancing Sales team—a high-volume, fast-paced environment—the Data Processing Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring efficiency and accuracy of data. Your work will support the wider sales team by providing correct and detailed information, co-ordinating with external providers, and delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders and clients.
What You'll Do
- Manage and coordinate property search requests from external providers (local authority, land registry, environmental searches).
- Conduct due diligence checks on search results, escalating issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Communicate search results clearly and efficiently to internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with providers to resolve delays or discrepancies and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all search requests, results, and documentation.
- Work closely with the conveyancing team to integrate search processes into case management.
- Keep up to date with UK property search regulations and requirements.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by your line manager.

What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Whilst not essential, candidates with previous experience in a similar role within the legal or property sector and/or knowledge of or familiarity with UK conveyancing and property search processes are strongly preferred.

As such, although this role is currently only available on a fixed term basis, should you perform well and a suitable permanent opportunity is available at the end of your term either in this department or elsewhere in the business, we would love to discuss this further!
