Purpose of the Role
The Data Products Analyst supports the design, delivery, validation, and continuous improvement of data products across EMEA.
The role ensures that data products are clearly defined, meet business requirements, comply with data governance and quality standards, and provide trusted, actionable insights to users.
As a new capability within the EMEA Data Office, the role will help shape the future of Data Products across the bank. The successful candidate will bring a collaborative and open approach, constructively challenge existing ways of working, and help drive data-led innovation and business outcomes.
Background & Scope
The EMEA Data Office was established in 2022 to build and strengthen the bank’s data capabilities across EMEA. Having initially focused on Data Architecture, Data Management, Governance and Data Quality, the Data Office is now focused on enabling the bank to use data more effectively and innovatively.
The Data Office currently has approximately 40 permanent employees and around 150 people in total, with ambitions to grow further over the next 1–2 years.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
