Solution Architect & Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect & Delivery Lead to support a technology transformation engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining scalable solution architectures, providing technical leadership, and driving successful delivery across application, data, integration, and cloud environments.

The role requires a strong blend of architecture expertise, hands-on technical understanding, and delivery leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define end-to-end solution architecture aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Lead architecture design activities covering applications, data platforms, APIs, integrations, and cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering teams, and delivery teams.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Review and validate application designs, coding approaches, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.
  • Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution governance forums.
  • Support delivery teams with technical guidance and issue resolution.
  • Drive adoption of engineering best practices including CI/CD, automation, and DevOps.
  • Identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation approaches.
  • Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, security, and operational requirements.

  • Strong experience in Solution Architecture and Technical Delivery Leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • PostgreSQL
    • Neo4j / Graph Database technologies
    • Data Product Catalogue concepts
    • Next.js 14
    • Python FastAPI
    • REST API development and integration
    • CI/CD pipelines
    • Azure DevOps
  • Strong understanding of modern application architectures and cloud-native solutions.
  • Experience designing enterprise integration solutions.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working on enterprise-scale transformation programmes.
  • Experience leading technical delivery teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
