Data Product Manager - iLottery Division

What You'll Do

  • Partner with lottery customers and internal collaborators to deeply understand their business objectives, processes, decisions, and difficulties.
  • Translate business needs into scalable, trusted, and actionable data solutions by assessing relevant sources, definitions, quality, constraints, and platform capabilities.
  • Own initiatives throughout the entire product lifecycle, from opportunity assessment through development, delivery, launch, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Define reusable data products, including governed datasets, semantic models, dashboards, APIs, data feeds, monitoring and alerting capabilities, and self-service features.
  • Collaborate with engineering and governance teams to establish data contracts, quality rules, lineage, metadata, ownership, access controls, retention, and monitoring.
  • Maintain and prioritize the backlog using customer value, business impact, risk, dependencies, effort, and capacity.
  • Coordinate delivery across Data Engineering, BI, QA, Architecture, and platform teams, ensuring clear communication of scope, decisions, risks, and timelines.
  • Serve as a key product contact for data and reporting needs, facilitating alignment across customers, collaborators, and delivery teams.
  • Work with support and engineering teams to define observability, incident priorities, root-cause follow-up, and preventive improvements for production data products.

What We're Looking For

  • Over 2 years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner of a data product, managing data & analytics solutions (Data Lake/DWH/ Cloud Service).
  • Experience in the iGaming or iLottery industry is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, infrastructure, and analytics.
  • Experience working with data pipelines, ELT workflows, and contemporary cloud data architectures.
  • Experience with current cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, dbt, Airflow, or similar tools.
  • Ability to understand and work with SQL queries and data models.
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, security, regulatory reporting, and responsible data use cases.
  • Excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with BI reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik or similar platforms.
  • Agile Product Management experience: Features/User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and Agile Delivery.
  • Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, TFS/Azure DevOps Server, Monday.com.
  • BA/B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or another quantitative field.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics, data products, or machine learning concepts is an advantage.
