🀝 Product and Engineering

πŸ’š Reporting to our VP of Product

We're not just closing the digital divide; we're reconnecting distributed organisations, enabling seamless communication, and re-engaging employees like never before. Blink, a mobile-first employee experience platform, puts everything employees need right in their hands. With teams in Boston, London, and Sydney, we're making waves worldwide, partnering with industry leaders like Domino's, JD Sports, and McDonald's.

About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our data squad and own the future of BlinkIQ β€” our data and analytics product for frontline organisations.

This is a role for someone who thinks in data products, not just analytics. You'll own the roadmap for BlinkIQ, act as Blink's internal expert on how data is built, sold, priced, and used, and shape how data flows through the rest of our product to make the core Blink experience smarter for our customers and their employees.

You'll partner closely with engineering, data, design, and go-to-market teams β€” and you'll be the person the wider company turns to when the question is "how do we do this with data?"

What You'll Own

BlinkIQ product leadership

  • Own the roadmap for BlinkIQ end-to-end. Prioritise the iterations that move revenue and adoption. Evolve the product so it integrates cleanly with new Blink capabilities.
  • Run discovery with customers, translate feedback into decisions, and take features from concept to launch.

Commercial and pricing strategy

  • Evaluate and evolve how BlinkIQ is packaged and priced. Work with commercial teams to understand what customers will pay for, where value sits, and how pricing should evolve as the product matures.

Data subject matter expertise

  • Be the person at Blink who understands how customers should use data, how they actually use it, and where the gap lies. Enable sales, customer success, and marketing with the knowledge they need to sell, support, and position the product.
  • Act as the data champion internally β€” helping the wider org build data fluency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right β€” and where to focus when applying.

Data infrastructure and technical direction

  • Hold a clear point of view on the state of Blink's data infrastructure and what it needs to become to support our product ambitions. Work closely with engineering and data teams to make the right infrastructure investments at the right time.
  • You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to understand pipelines, models, and warehousing well enough to shape strategy and hold your own in technical discussions.

Data in the core product

  • Use data to make Blink itself smarter β€” nudges, recommendations, personalisation, insights surfaced in-context.
  • Partner with other PMs to identify where data can meaningfully improve the core experience, and lead the work to make it happen.

Customer commitments and delivery

  • Ensure your squad delivers against enterprise customer commitments. Manage expectations and trade-offs when priorities shift.
  • Balance strategic bets, technical debt, and customer requests in a way the team and the business can get behind.

Go-to-market

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to launch new capabilities well.
  • Own positioning, enablement, and adoption for what your squad ships.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience owning a data, analytics, or BI product β€” not just using data as an input to other product work
  • Strong technical fluency in data: comfortable discussing pipelines, models, warehousing, and infrastructure trade-offs with engineering teams
  • Track record of shaping data product strategy, pricing, and packaging in a commercial context
  • Customer discovery and validation skills β€” comfortable running interviews, analysing feedback, and translating insights into product decisions
  • Track record of launching data or analytics features to market, including go-to-market and driving adoption
  • Ability to act as an internal SME β€” enabling and educating non-data teams on how to sell, use, and think about data
