Data Project Manager
We're looking for an experienced Data Project Manager to join Eastlight Community Homes for 24 months and lead the delivery of our Data Programme and associated data, analytics and business intelligence projects. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in transforming how data is managed, governed and used across the organisation, helping to improve decision-making, drive service improvement and deliver better outcomes for customers.
Working closely with the Head of Data, senior stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering projects that enhance data quality, reporting, governance and insight capabilities. You'll help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and achieve the intended business benefits, while supporting the organisation's wider strategic objectives.
As a key member of the Business Growth, Data and Change team, you'll bring together colleagues from across the business, managing competing priorities and ensuring effective governance, stakeholder engagement and change management throughout the project lifecycle.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
