Data & Analytics Project Manager
Contract Length: 4-months (Likely to extend)
Location: Remote (Occasional Onsite in Hertfordshire - flexible)
Day Rate: up to £600 Inside IR35
Start Date: ASAP
We're looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Project Manager to lead the delivery of a significant data and analytics transformation covering Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Salesforce integration.
You'll manage multiple technical workstreams and stakeholders, ensuring delivery remains controlled across timelines, dependencies, risk, cutover and transition into BAU. We're looking for an experienced person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, whilst tackling a large-scale project in a large-scale environment.

- Extensive experience delivering complex data and analytics projects/programmes
- Strong Technical Project Management background across data platforms, BI, integration and migration
- Experience delivering Microsoft Fabric and Power BI solutions
- Strong Microsoft Azure Data & Analytics experience also considered
- Experience delivering Salesforce data ingestion/integration pipelines
- Good understanding of Salesforce data structures and reporting requirements
- Experience managing CRM-to-Salesforce data migrations
- Strong knowledge of data mapping, cleansing, reconciliation and cutover
- Excellent senior stakeholder and third-party supplier management
- Strong RAID, dependency, governance and change-control experience
- Agile delivery experience; PRINCE2 / AgilePM beneficial
- Azure DevOps Boards experience advantageous

Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of the Microsoft Fabric / Power BI data platform
- Manage the Salesforce-to-Fabric reporting and data pipeline
- Coordinate ingestion, modelling, semantic-layer alignment and reporting readiness
- Lead CRM-to-Salesforce data migration planning and execution
- Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID and decision logs
- Manage internal technical teams and external partners
- Coordinate migration cutover, reconciliation and business sign-off
- Drive senior stakeholder reporting and governance
- Manage service readiness and transition into BAU
- Ensure appropriate runbooks, support models and knowledge transfer are in place
