Job Description:

This position is best suited for a mid-senior level PM / Data Project Coordinator who is highly organized and comfortable coordinating many moving parts across multiple sites. The primary focus is coordination and governance of data activities rather than hands-on data engineering or development.

The successful candidate will ensure that every site's data needs are clearly identified, assigned, tracked, validated, and delivered in alignment with application and site-separation timelines.

We are seeking an experienced M&A Data Coordination Lead to coordinate and manage data requirements across multiple site separation initiatives and manufacturing application workstreams.

This role will serve as the central coordination point for identifying, tracking, validating, and managing data needs by site. The M&A Data Coordination Lead will work closely with Site Project Managers, Application Workstreams, Manufacturing stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to ensure that required data is identified, prepared, validated, transferred, and available according to program timelines and established data standards.

The ideal candidate is a mid-senior level Project Manager / Project Coordinator with experience supporting data-related projects, application migrations, system transitions, or M&A separation initiatives. This position does not require a deep technical data engineering background; however, the candidate should have a strong understanding of data coordination, data readiness, data quality, project governance, dependency tracking, and stakeholder management.

The role will support multiple sites simultaneously and ensure that data-related activities are effectively integrated into each site's overall separation and cutover plan.

    • Maintain visibility into data requirements and readiness across multiple site separation projects.
    • Ensure data activities are incorporated into overall site separation schedules and cutover plans.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
