Salary: £40,000–£45,000 + benefits Location: Remote Contract: Permanent No sponsorship offered
We are recruiting an experienced Data Protection Consultant for a well-established consultancy supporting clients primarily across the education, charity and public sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on UK GDPR, Data Protection, PECR and information rights.
- Manage FOI, EIR and Subject Access Requests.
- Draft policies, procedures and Privacy Notices.
- Support DPIAs and Data Protection breach management.
- Conduct compliance audits and advise against ICO guidance.
- Handle ongoing client Information Governance queries.
- Produce client reports and deliver training.

- You will have 3–5 years' experience in data protection
- Experience within the education, charity and/or public sectors is desirable
- You have excellent communication, organisation and client-management skills.
- You're based in the UK and do not require sponsorship
