We are looking for an experienced Information Analyst / Data Quality Analyst to support reporting and data requirements across an EPR environment, with a particular focus on elective pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reporting requirements across the EPR.
- Analyse clinical and operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support data quality (DQ) activity, ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and fit for purpose.
- Produce and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyse data.
- Work closely with operational teams to understand how data is generated and used on the ground.
- Translate operational requirements into meaningful reporting and data solutions.
- Proactively identify data issues and provide practical recommendations to improve data quality and reporting.

- Previous experience as an Information Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data Quality Analyst, ideally within the NHS/healthcare environment.
- Experience working with EPR/clinical systems and reporting.
- Strong understanding of SQL and data management.
- Working knowledge of Power BI.
- Understanding of elective pathways and associated NHS operational processes.
- Strong understanding of data and how it translates into real-world operational activity.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work closely with operational and clinical stakeholders.
